Brad Cowan, Truthhorse's forefather, grew up an energetic middle child who at the age of 11 was casting his brothers, parents, and pets in his own "little movies".

Harnessing his bent for filmmaking, he aimed himself at his dream job - Director's Assistant.  After a few years of working on films like Dino Quest, Dino Quest II: Dinoquest Island, and Instant Deception, Brad decided that he had learned enough to go out on his own, and make a comedy TV show.  He convinced a group of comic actors that success lay ahead if they were willing to give up their day jobs, and work for pizza, thusly, Truthhorse was born.
